Johnson Matthey Supplies GPT-40 Hydrogen Purifier to
Samsung Electro-Mechanics in Korea
WEST CHESTER, PA, March 28, 2006 -- Johnson Matthey Gas Purification
Technology
(GPT) group, a global leader in the design, manufacture and
distribution of highly reliable bulk and point-of-use purifiers,
announced today that they supplied Samsung Electro-Mechanics,
a Model GPT-40 hydrogen purifier, capable of flowing up to
40 Nm3/hr of ultrapure hydrogen . The purifier will be installed
at Samsung's fab in Gyunggi-Do, Korea to supply hydrogen used
in the manufacturing of light emmitting diodes (LEDs).
