From our HP Series compact palladium cell hydrogen purifiers to our PSH hydrogen bulk gas purifier series for large flow rates (and even the ambient catalytic technology PureGuard™ gas purifiers) - we have a gas purifier to meet virtually all high purity applications.

HP Series Hydrogen Gas PurifiersThe compact HP Series hydrogen gas purifier uses a reliable design with over 30 years of proven success. Complete gas purifier includes palladium cell, stable temperature control, bleed gas flowmeter and manual outlet valve. For flowrates from 1-71 slpm.

HP Series V-Purge Hydrogen PurifiersThe V-Purge hygrogen gas purifier provides improved performance to handle flow changes, superior protection from power failures and pressure surges and fast switching from nitrogen purge to full hydrogen flow. For flowrates from 72-220 slpm.

PureGuard Ambient CatalyticPureGuard™ Catalytic purifiers for hydrogen purify and filter your gas in one compact unit while operating at room temperature. Protects against gas purity fluctuations & ensures consistent, repeatable gas purity. Can be regenerated to assure indefinite lifetime.

PSH Series Palladium HydrogenThe PSH Series palladium hydrogen purifiers offer a cost-effective, single system solution for hydrogen flows up to 60 Nm³/hr. Multiple purifiers can be installed in parallel flow to provide 100% redundancy or additional flow capacity.

Replacement and OEM Palladium CellsCan be used as replacements in Johnson Matthey HP Series units or other palladium alloy diffusion units coupled with a control system such as Aixtron, Thomas Swan, Emcore, Veeco or other OEM MOCVD tools.
