The PSC Series PureGuard regenerable catalytic purifiers provide high-purity gas in a durable, compact system. These purifiers for nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and rare gases are available in flow rates from 10 to 100 Nm3/hr. All purifiers include dual-column regenerating systems to provide uninterrupted flow of pure gas.
The PSG Series PureGuard heated getter purifiers provide total removal of all impurities and parts-per-billion (ppb) purity for argon, helium and nitrogen. Sizes are available up to 90 Nm3/hr, and the purifier can be rated to 2,500 psi for cylinder-filling applications.
