Matthey Gas Purification

today that they have supplied a Model PSH-30 hydrogen purifier,
capable of flowing 30 Nm3/hr to HBTH in China, where they will
used in the manufacturer of LED's. Gentech International Johnson
Matthey's distributor in China completed the sale.
Johnson Matthey's state-of-the-art PSH Series bulk hydrogen
purifiers are capable of
providing 99.9999999 percent pure hydrogen for wafer fabrication
and they are the
technology of choice for China's silicon and compound semiconductor
industry.
